Acupuncture is very effective in reducing some of the negative effects of ageing including relieving chronic pain. This is particularly true when used preventively or in the early to mid-stages of signs of ageing.  Bone loss affects both men and women over fifty because of hormone changes. In addition to addressing hormone issues, acupuncture can help reduce bone loss from osteoporosis. Acupuncture can help strengthen the mind and improve concentration. It can also enhance mood and help deal with anxiety.
